Earlier this year, I took part in the Simple Green Smoothies’ 30-day Challenge, for the entire month of January.
I’d heard a lot about green smoothies, but never been game enough to try one. However, being the sometimes-adventurous natural health nut that I am, I decided to suck it up and give them a go.
